Kerrianne Cox is an internationally renowned independent Original Sovereign Ngombarl performing artist of Australia. Her signature song, Beagle Bay Dreaming, has brought her beloved home and country - Beagle Bay in the remote North West Kimberley region of WA - into the hearts and minds of people all over the world.  Kerrianne delighted and informed the 1000-strong audience at CWDU’s 2011 Lesbians in the House Concert.  Visit her website at www.kerriannecox.com

JACINTA TOBIN opened for Kerrianne's concert. She has a Master of Social Ecology and has worked in the Aboriginal Community for over 10years. She has worked to raise the issues of the Child protection; environmental destruction and Darug people her family’s history. Jacinta has a strong connection and unbroken women’s line to her traditional lands of the Darug people and takes comfort in the Blue Mountains were she resides.

A dvd of this concert is now available as a fundraiser for a local women's project.  Contact us to find out more. With much thanks to the wonderful Mystie Ford for the recording and production. The night also included an affirmation written and sung by Ini.
